Shipping To You

Lisa Fallon Art pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork a to customers within the United States.  Please contact me directly for art to be shipped outside of the United States. Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive.  

Return Policy

Before purchasing a large painting you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit.  If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, I will give you a full refund providing you contact me within 3 days of receiving the artwork. (806) 543-5444 and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify me after 5 days, I cannot offer you a refund.

For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying paperwork you received with your order.  To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.  I require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as I shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To return your artwork, you should mail your product to: Lisa Fallon RT, 1000 CLIFTON STREET, FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE, 37064. Please email  the tracking number for the return so that I can be present to receive and sign for the artwork. 

Artwork Damaged in Transit

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting.  Photograph any damage to the artwork and call  immediately (806-543-5444). Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
